What are your business hours?
These are the times when I will work on designing, update the shop, pack and ship orders, update social media, answer DM's and e-mails, and browse the Facebook group.
My schedule works around my family's schedule and is subject to change.

What are your terms of service for digital files?
SEAMLESS FILES & PNGs

Allowed -
Printing and selling fabric
Using the file for sublimation purposes, and creating physical items
Using seamless files digitally - such as for birthday invitations or to make other graphics. The file MUST be cropped, watermarked, or otherwise covered enough that it cannot be screen-grabbed.
Using Print-On-Demand websites - I just ask that you only use trusted vendors, preferably with a signed NDA. When my files get shared it doesn't just hurt me, it also hurts all of you as it makes the files less exclusive.
Using PNGs to create stickers or temporary tattoos
Changing the background color if you own a seamless file with a transparent background (I don't offer these hardly ever, and they are priced much higher for this reason)
Add text to PNG files that do not originally have text
Not allowed -
Sharing files with friends, family, businesses, etc. They must purchase the file to use it.
"Transferring" ownership or reselling
Sharing an unwatermarked version online
Editing the appearance of the file - such as background color changes to non-transparent files, adding a filter to the image, adding or removing elements.

What is your shipping time for physical orders?
My physical sales are currently paused! I'm in the process of renovating an office space and hiring someone to help pack and ship orders. Stickers, notebooks, mugs, etc will return hopefully Autumn 2024!
Do you make customs?
Yes! I do custom commissions for sticker sheets, portraits, and seamless files.
My custom slots for seamless files are limited and currently out of stock - I do not currently have a set restock day.

Are your seamless files limited quantity?
They are limited to 15 per individual design and 5 per bundle. I do occasionally offer exclusive customs if you would like a one-of-a-kind design. I also offer exclusive background colorways for only $5 extra.
Files made back in 2023 are limited to 25 per individual design and 10 per bundle.

Do you require licensing for commercial use/fabric shops, etc?
Licensing is included in the price of my files.
Can you design my tattoo?
I am not a tattoo artist! But if you like one of my pieces enough to bring it to a tattoo artist, I would be totally honored and would love to see it!
What program/brushes do you use?
Ipad Pro, Apple Pencil (1st Gen), and Procreate. I use the free brushes included in the Procreate App, plus one brush pack that I purchased - Everything Watercolor for Procreate
How often do you release new products?
I do not have set drop days at the moment, because they stress me out and hinder my creativity! I release files as I finish them, so the best way to keep track of drops is to join the Facebook group and have one of my reps add you to their tag list.
What is your return policy?
If there is something wrong with your physical order, please contact me within 30 days of receiving the order. I am happy to do product exchanges or returns. I do not process refunds until the product is returned. I do not accept returns or exchanges for used stickers or notebooks.

I do not accept returns or exchanges for Digital Downloads, all digital sales are final. I try to examine each design for faults but if you come across any issues (trouble making the files seamless, linework or color in the wrong place, etc) let me know and I'll fix the design and resend it free of charge.
